Carson and Hobbes

Ochocinco is an entertainment monster. He puts people in the stands (literally...I mean, he actually bought some Cincinnati fans seats in Green Bay so he could Lambeau Leap into their embracing arms), commands the attention of every reporter with his antics, and now has even brought his multi-media-mogulness to you, the American public. You can download his app for your phone for a mere $2.99 and be closer to Ocho than ever. I have no shame in announcing I support all of this whole-heartedly. Every part of his life seems interesting to me, so it's only natural that I document even the smallest of moments. And although I cannot confirm that this was an actual conversation between Chad and his quarterback, Carson Palmer...it couldn't be that far off, could it?

A Lot of Droppage

Some album artwork I had been working on recently with a couple fellas out of Maryland. They call themselves the Drop Squad, the album is entitled "The Drop", and "The Drop" is dropping soon. If you're counting at home folks, that's me using some form of the word "drop" four times in one sentence. Awesome.

C J Run, C J Catch, C J Win Heisman

Tebow, Schmebow. Not that I don't like Tim Tebow, I just thought it would be funny to say "Schmebow". And I was right. But, if people are being honest and actually watching college football games this year, it's becoming pretty obvious who is the best, most explosive, singular player in the nation...CJ Spiller. I know Clemson printed up a bunch of life-size posters for his Heisman campaign before the season started, but it hasn't generated the necessary buzz nationally. Enter Kev Juice. Print these bad boys up, and I think the Heisman Trophy would pretty much be a wrap. And since I'm posting this on here, CJ and all his hopes can count on at least...AT LEAST....5 or 6 more supporters. The grassroots campaign must start somewhere....

The Worldwide Leader Drinks Kev Juice Too??

I don't want to speak for The Worldwide Leader in Sports...but yes, apparently they do. I did this illustration for the Scott Van Pelt Show. It probably won't go over as well on the "radio" part of the show, but luckily for me they also broadcast simultaneously on ESPN2, ESPNU sometimes, who knows where else....The Ocho, maybe? I would tell you when and where they are going to use it, but then I would be lying because I have no idea. So until then, I will just have to keep my eyes peeled. Very slowly, but kind of surely, Kev Juice steadily becoming the drink of choice across this great nation.
